One thing I’ve always liked to blog about is straight forward, no-fluff technical articles that address specific issues. The problem with these articles is that they can pollute your main blog feed which many people aren’t going to be interested in. For this reason I’ve create the Codenutz Bolts section (get it, nutz and bolts – yes I’m a nerd).
Codenutz Bolts is a collection of no fluff technical articles detailing how to solve specific problems, complete specific tasks and just generally get stuff done. The articles will be fairly rough cut with very little hand holding but really useful and straight to-the-point content.
You can find the section in the main nav bar at the top (under ‘Bolts’), and also searching the site will show bolts articles with regular posts. I’ll also be including links to any bolts articles in my regular What Was Interesting posts. I’ve added a single article so far about Getting Started with Git on a Synology NAS.
I’d really like to get feedback on how you feel about the section, if you have any suggestions or things you’d like to see so please get in touch.
